Due to the handmade nature of our products, items are not frequently restocked. Once a model is exhausted it may take up to 5 months to become available again, so if you see something you like, we wouldn’t wait! You can subscribe to our newsletter to be kept up to date with Babú and be notified when items are restocked. 

Please note that limited edition items do not get restocked.

Once you complete the check-out process and pay for the item, we will automatically send an order confirmation email to the email address that you provided us with while placing your order. If you do not receive a verification email within an hour of your order, please check your spam folder or send us an email at info@babumilano.com, and our team will look into the matter for you!

Following the confirmation order email you will receive another email with the information regarding your order shipment and carrier tracking number. Please note that the order could take up to 3 working days to be prepared and processed before handed to the carrier for shipment. In case you do not receive the email with the tracking number please contact us as info@babumilano.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot add an item to an existing order once it has been placed. If a separate order addressed to the same individual is placed within a small time frame, our team may be able to combine the two orders into the same shipment, but this can not be guaranteed. 

If you wish to add to an existing order, and for the items to arrive in the same shipment, you can cancel your existing order and place a new one with all the items you wish to purchase. A full refund of the first order will automatically be issued on your original payment method upon cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to request the order cancellation* at info@babumilano.com. After your request, we’ll refund the total amount of the order in the following hours directly on the payment account that you used to purchase the item.

*Please note that orders can be cancelled ONLY before the item has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the item once received following the return process and we will refund you the full amount of the item once received the shoes back.
